F.I.S.H.O.R.S is a Statewide community-based human services organization that offers programs and partners with community agencies and individuals and families to provide necessary services to improve their overall quality of live. F.I.S.H.O.R.S focuses strategically on providing Equity and Inclusion services for Women, Black and Minorities, and economically disadvantage communities.

Our Mission
Our mission is to support and empower communities to focus on Education, Self-Esteem, and Wellness to end a vicious cycle of poverty and build a safe, healthy, and supported community; by fostering resources and services for disadvantaged families and communities.

Self-Esteem, Wellness, Education. These three values have stood at the center of FISHORS mission since our founding in 2000. We wholeheartedly commit to the work we do with passion and dedication, transparently sharing it with the Greater New Haven community and inviting others to take part. On top of this, we challenge ourselves to think creatively, applying an innovative approach to all that we do. This mission drives the continued success of Faith Inspired Servants Helping Others Reach Services.
